CHANGE.

Our five pillars of engagement are Culture & Heritage, Children & Youth, Women, Livelihoods Development, and Conservation.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Through our sister NGO, the Impact Fund, we champion and manage an innovative, trusted Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform to meet needs on the ground.   We vet, nurture and support local community organizations that work to uplift Children, Youth and Women in our communities – providing sustenance, shelter, education and more. Our CSR platform, which incorporates the BedNight Bank and the 1USD Per BedNight initiatives, ensures that tourism industry dollars are funnelled to the most effective organizations for their most pressing needs year after year.  Donor partners to our CSR platform can be assured that their CSR dollars are being well spent for the most positive, local impact possible. We provide organisational development advice and financial support in hard-to-secure but critical areas such as salaries. We also spearheaded the construction of their new home. Currently, Bana Ba Letsatsi supports 150 kids to reach their true potential.

We support Shelter Botswana’s preschool, ensuring 75 vulnerable children are ready for Primary School Standard 1. We sponsor two of their teachers on a continuous basis.

We enable Feed A Child to feed 50 children (below the age of 5 years) on a daily basis. This is fundamental for allowing their healthy growth and development.

We support Women Against Rape to provide a well-serviced, 24/7 Women’s Shelter through financially supporting one of the Shelter Officers, facilitating debriefing sessions for staff, providing food and fuel.

We support Polokong to ensure 165 elderly people are properly fed, clothed, safely housed, treasured, and loved through salary support, food, and gas.

We support Maun Animal Welfare Society with their outreach programme to communities close to wildlife protected areas, ensuring the protection of Botswana’s wildlife through domestic animal care.
